Bilge DEBELEC BÜTÜNER : Studing the role of NKX3.1 in prostate cancer and target genes as a transcription factor, doing promoter arrays. Also working on production of recombinant proteins and polyclonal antibodies.

Burcu ERBAYKENT : Studying the DNA damage and repair mechanism with respect to possible role of NKX3.1 in such type of mechanisms.

Canan SEVİMLİ : Working on isolation of anti-cancer materials from Alkan sp. , checking there anti-cancer and biological activity and structural analysis of these materials.

Hamid SYED : Possible role of HOXB13 in DNA damage and response mechanisms and as a transcription factor.

Lokman VARISLI : Role of IGF and EGF in the expression of SSH9. Importance of IGF and EGF pathways in prostate cancer.

Esin Cakilli : Gastric tumor formation on the basis of inflammation and the role of EGFR as a target for therapy

Nuray BOGURCU:  Studying the growth kinetics and tumour formation in androgen dependency and role of STAMP proteins in prostate cancer and inflammation.
